Recruitment process

The recruitment process includes several steps. Here’s what’ll happen:

Your application

Submit an application. Once your application has been submitted, your resume and qualifications will be reviewed to determine whether you will be selected for participation in our case day. If you are selected for the case day you will be contacted by a member of your recruitment team. You will also receive links to relevant tests that need to be taken before the case day. If selected for an interview, you will be contacted by a member of our recruiting team to schedule the interview.

Case day and tests

Candidates with the best match for the KMD graduate program will be invited for a case day at KMD. Here, you will be introduced to more details about the program, you will meet some of the managers in your track, get feedback on tests and you will be able to show us what you are great at.

Selected candidates from the case day will be invited for an interview. The interview we will focus more on your personal competences and we will talk about your and our expectations. This also gives you the chance to ask questions about any concerns that might have surfaced during the case day and questions about the program in general. If we see a match between your profile and the position, and your talent and ambition is clear, you will be offered the opportunity to join the KMD graduate program.
